In an interview with Baka Solomon, the music genius expressed that going out on a tour like what he doing is not only benefiting him personally through experience but also helping to expose Pacific music to the world.

The Solomon Islander is continuing his music career in the Marshall Islands and has continued to produce some local hits in the radio stations in Honiara, Solomon Islands and as well as hitting some amazing ranks in the Hawaii radio music charts. It is quite inspiring to see a young Solomon Islander determined to make the most out of his skills and help promote not only Solomon Islands music but Pacific music to the world.

One of Baka Solomon's latest creation is the rearrangement he did on Cultural Crew ft Snoop Dogg song 'Soul Survivor'. This rearrangement was quite successful that everyone liked it and even Snoop Dogg himself liked it and gave a very positive compliment towards Baka Solomon.

It is really difficult for me as a music producer because of the music industry, especially in Solomon Islands, is nothing compared to Asia, Europe or America. However, one thing that continues to motivate me is myself believing in what I can do especially when it comes to producing music. This is what keeps me going and makes the life for me easier too.” Baka Solomon expressed.

The tour has caught a lot of attention from Hawaiian local music artists and according to Baka Solomon, there have been numerous visits to him from the musicians around Hawaii already. It is understood that Baka Solomon will do the final mix-down to the famous 'Soul Survivor' song once he finishes the tour with Big Pati.

Baka Solomon then simply concluded the interview with some words of appreciation to the people who contributed to his career and in helping him get to where he is now.

"I firstly would like to sincerely thank God almighty for his never ending love and blessing for me. I also would like to thank Daniel Kramer and the SIX9TOOPRODUCTION team for getting me on board their mission to take Pacific music to another level. In my life, the two most important people, Martin Matai and Rose Matai are my foundation and I love you both mum and dad. I am thankful to everyone who has contributed one way or the other in helping me get here." Baka Solomon emotionally stated.

The music producer also continued his words of appreciation to DJ Liamz, Ray Matai, Sean Rii and Jah boy for their continues support and encouragement. He also mentioned big wave production, torn parachute and reggae haus for their believe that three of them, Baka Solomon, Paeva and Zeah would make Pacific proud as pacific music representatives.

The soft-spoken Solomon Islander is no doubt a good example for the upcoming youths of Solomon Islands to stay positive, discipline and focus on their goals.
